And to make the operations more efficient the mindescape uses the itinerary and culinary expertise of Mr. Vikas Malhotra with good understanding of the food and beverages industry, he has hired the well renowned Chef Vikram in the mindescapes arsenal. Vikram used to run the famous Sky Room and Blue Fox restaurants in Kolkata and Bangalore. Now, he has joined this place to give the visitors an amazing culinary experience, making the stars of celeste even brighter.
